1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hanno's services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Hanno provides AI-assisted care navigation tools designed to support primary care teams in completing cancer screening orders. The Services are intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a healthcare organization to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes in connection with patient care navigation. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse the Services or any data generated through them.

5. HIPAA Compliance

Hanno operates on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. If your use of the Services involves protected health information (“PHI”), you agree to execute a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) with Hanno prior to transmitting any PHI.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Services are the exclusive property of Hanno, Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hanno does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanno, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. SMS / Text Messaging

Program: Hanno Care Navigation Hanno sends automated SMS messages to help patients complete cancer screening orders placed by their care team. Messages may include OTP, appointment reminders, scheduling assistance, and follow-up instructions. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from us. To re-enroll, sign up again through your care team. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at contact@hanno-ai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. 10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
